The CRS is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field and recognizes your professional accomplishments in both experience and education. Our Chapter has received the Diamond Award and is comprised of dedicated real estate professionals who are either Designees (those who have received the prestigious Designation) OR General Members (those who are working on their requirements)

Attention Buyers and Sellers! In Washington State only one in 27 real estate agents is a Certified Residential Specialist. Nationally only about 4% have the CRS designation. CRS's are involved in over 25% of all transactions nationwide. Today, home buying and selling is faster, more complex, and more competitive in every way.
